You must be at least 18 years old to apply to rent a home. In addition, anyone planning to live in the home age 18 or over is required to submit a separate application.
We allow a co-signer for applicants who meet or exceed all qualifications (such as credit and rental history) but do not meet the income requirement. Please note that a cosigner cannot be used to offset a low credit score; they are only permitted to help meet income criteria.
